1. 56th Annual Gem Show

Come and check out incredible gems, minerals, jewelry and even fossils! This event is sponsored by the Capital Mineral Club of Concord, a non-profit organization that supports earth science education.

Date: Saturday, August 24 - Sunday, August 25

2. RiverSide Arts Jam

This show explores the dynamic relationship between street art and the surrounding world, a completion of something previously deemed completed. The exhibition features the afflicted lost works of Beth Wittenberg, Lee Gee, Bruce Jones, Common Roots Studio, and more. Bring your smartphones for a unique and interactive experience, allowing you to scan QR codes as you browse the gallery to view the morphed work in its original form as intended by the previous artist.

There will also be live music featured on the intimate stage inside of the gallery throughout the afternoon and evening featuring KIOEA, Bitter Pill, Jake Mehrmann and Alberta & The Dead Eyes. Drummers will be playing the custom TEAM kit built and designed by Jeff Beck of Exeter Drum Works. Guests will also be able to check out and play the kit in between featured bands.

There will be vegetarian and meat grillables available from Roosty LaRue, and local beer & wine available in the gallery with a suggested donation.

3. A Day at the Farm

Remick Country Doctor Museum Farm, located in quaint Tamworth Village, New Hampshire, is a picturesque rural life museum and a working farm. Feel as though you’ve stepped back in time as the past is blended with the present to share the rich history of two country doctors and their village farmstead. Activities include farm tours, historical games, Learning Kitchen demonstrations, Meet the Gardener and more!

4. Blue Oyster Cult

For over four decades, Blue Öyster Cult has been thrilling fans of intelligent hard rock worldwide with powerful albums loaded with classic songs. The Long Island, NY based band is revered within the hard rock and heavy metal scene for its pioneering work. Blue Öyster Cult occupies a unique place in rock history because it's one of very few hard rock/heavy metal bands to earn both genuine mainstream critical acclaim as well as commercial success.

5. Rewind 80’s Party

Come dressed in your best 1980s outfit and dance the night away to all your favorite throwback songs from the 80s of all genres! Music will be provided all night by the legendary DJ Midas.
