Summit Owner Accounts
Welcome Summit Members! The old Summit Owners site is now closed, but there's good news - all Summit Owners now have free access to their member accounts through the Steele Hill Vacation Club Member Portal. Here you can:
- View and manage your account
- Make or schedule a payment
- Pay member dues
- View your stay and payment history
- Change your account contact information
- Access documents related to the resort and your account

Although this site replaces the old Summit Owners site, you'll see the Steele Hill Vacation Club logo instead of the Summit logo. Don't worry, you're in the right place!
If you're new to the member portal, you can create an account by visiting VacationMember.com and clicking Sign Up Now under the Log In button. You'll be redirected to the registration screen and will be asked to enter your email, a new password, your Owner ID, and your Contract ID. Both the Owner ID and Contract ID can be found in any of your billing statements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I no longer access my account through the old Summit Owners site?
The previous Summit Owners site was written in old code that is no longer supported on most devices. The Steele Hill Vacation Club Member Portal is an easy and streamlined way for members of all of our resorts to view and manage their accounts.
Where can I find my Owner ID and Contract ID?
Your Owner ID and Contract ID (or Contract Number) can both be found on any of your billing statements. If you can't locate your billing statements, please give our Member Advocates team a call at (603) 242-2861.
Does this mean I am now a member of the Steele Hill Vacation Club?
No, your membership status has not changed. However, you can now enjoy a perk that our Steele Hill members already enjoy - easy access to your member account through the Steele Hill Vacation Club Member Portal.
How can I log into my account if I forgot my password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply visit the Member Portal and click Forgot Your Password? under the Log In button. You'll be redirected to another screen and asked to enter your email. Be sure to enter the email address you used to create your account. You'll receive a link at this email address to reset your password.
