Points Protect Terms & Conditions
Path Resorts will contact customers to complete enrollment in Points Protect. Promotion only applies to and is intended for a Current Primary Contact Designee of beneficial memberships of a premium tier held with the Steele Hill Vacation Trust. Participating member's account must be in good standing and must have all financial obligations held current. This offer can only be purchased by existing members and cannot be used to create a new account. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or promotion. Standard increment of annual member dues and reserve applies. Per point storage rate is subject to change to reflect current market rates.
The Points Protect Program sign-up fee is due immediately upon sign-up. The last day to change the number of points deposited into the Points Protect program is December 31, 2019. After this date, the amount can only be decreased for that year, never increased. If you elect to decrease the amount of points currently deposited in the Points Protect Program, the decrease in the Monthly Storage Fee will be applicable beginning the first day of the following month. No prorated refunds will be given.
Any changes to your Points Protect Program point allotment must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A Monthly Storage Fee will be billed out on the first day of the month and the charge will be due on the last day of the month in which the charge is billed (ex: Fee billed out on January 1, 2020 is due by January 31, 2020). If payment is not received by the due date, any points in the Points Protect Program will be forfeited and any outstanding Monthly Storage Fees will still be due. If you would like to cancel your Points Protect Program subscription, you can do so at any time in writing, by emailing email@example.com. Any accrued and outstanding charges related to the Points Protect Program will still be due and no refunds will be issued.
