What if I need help planning my trip?
Our team is happy to help you plan activities and events to attend during your stay. You can call us at (603) 369-6652 before your arrival for ideas on things to do and more information about special events that may be happening in the area. While we are able to offer assistance with planning, you are responsible to complete any ticket purchases or bookings that may be required for your selected activities. If your reserved vacation package includes a Vacation Club Credit, the full amount of the credit will be refunded to you upon completion of your scheduled Vacation Club presentation.
How does my Vacation Club Credit work?
Unlike other resorts, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all "resort credit." We know that plans change, tickets sell out, services get booked up, and having the flexibility and freedom to choose what YOU want to do makes for the best vacation experience. That's why we do things a little differently.
Rather than handing you a "resort credit" that only applies to a handful of onsite activities, we want to encourage our guests to go out and explore! If the package you booked includes a Vacation Club Credit, you may use that credit on or off our property. Simply go out, do the things you want to do, eat where you want to eat, and a refund of the full amount of your Vacation Club Credit will be issued immediately upon completion of your Vacation Club presentation.
If you do not complete your Vacation Club presentation, we will not be able to issue a refund for your Vacation Club Credit. Vacation Club Credits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
Example 1: Jack and Sally received a $50 Vacation Club Credit with their reserved package. The couple decided to dine at a local restaurant during the last night of their stay and their bill totaled $75. Jack and Sally attended their scheduled Vacation Club presentation the day prior, and their account was refunded $50 (the full amount of the Vacation Club Credit) at checkout.
Example 2: Tim, Sharon and their two children were planning on enjoying a cruise around Lake Winnipesaukee aboard the M/S Mount Washington during their stay. Unfortunately, tickets were sold out through the weekend. Thanks to the flexibility of their $125 Vacation Club Credit, the family was able to instead spend the day playing mini golf, racing go-karts, and going out for ice cream at the best dairy bar in town. Tim and Sharon completed their Vacation Club presentation during the first night of their stay, so their account was refunded $125 (the full amount of the Vacation Club Credit) at checkout.
How long will it take to receive the refund for my Vacation Club Credit?
We refund all Vacation Club Credits immediately upon completion of your scheduled Vacation Club presentation. Processing time varies depending on your credit card company or bank, but generally takes between 7-14 business days.
Can I use my Vacation Club credit outside of the resort?
Yes! You can use your Vacation Club Credit anywhere you'd like. We provide suggestions with some of our vacation packages to give guests ideas or a good starting point, but the world is your oyster!
When is my Vacation Club presentation? How long will it take and what can I expect?
Please call (603) 369-6652 to confirm the time of your Vacation Club presentation. Presentations are approximately 90-120 minutes long and include a variety of activities. You'll have a chance to walk through our property, view accommodations and amenities, enjoy the breathtaking scenery and learn more about our Vacation Club including our exciting worldwide vacation network. Plus, we'll have coffee or tea waiting for you!
What if I no longer want to attend my scheduled Vacation Club presentation?
We're only able to offer the deep discounts and perks of your reserved vacation package if you complete your scheduled Vacation Club presentation. If you decide you no longer want to attend the presentation, you will be charged for the full applicable market rate of your stay. Any resort or dining credits included in your reserved vacation package will be forfeited and you will be responsible for any charges you incur during your stay.
Can I change/cancel my reservation?
Changes to your reservation including cancelations can only be made up to fourteen (14) days in advance of your stay. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that all requested changes can be met. If you need to change the length of your stay or need a different room, please call (603) 369-6652 at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to do so. Any changes or cancelations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to your stay will incur additional charges. All deposits and packages are non-refundable.
